Unfortunately CNSB does not ship outside of the contiguous USA.

CNSB utilizes USPS priority flat rate shipping:
The Small Flat Rate box, can accommodate 5 to 6 bars of soap.
The Medium Flat Rate box, can accommodate 18 to 20 bars of soap.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact Crafty Nana's Soap Bar (CNSB) either by phone or email, within THREE days of receiving the damaged product. Take pictures of the damaged item(s) AND of the shipping box, attach the pictures via email, giving your name, phone number, address where items were shipped, and your Order Number to: info@CraftyNanasSoapBar.com so that a claim can be filled with USPS. As soon as the requested information is received CNSB will contact you regarding the next steps in resolving the issue.
